DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Col. (Dr.) Victor Folarin looks into Capt. Justin LeMire's ears during an examination. Dr. Folarin immigrated to the United States from Nigeria at 20 years old to become a doctor. Since then, he has earned five college degrees and has been an Air Force doctor since 1993. He is the outgoing commander of the 7th Aeromedical/Dental Squadron, and Captain LeMire is a 9th Bomb Squadron resource adviser.
