Staff Sgt. Robert Brutto briefs Maj. Gen. Douglas Raaberg on some of the techniques he and his fellow Air Force Repair Enhancement Program Airmen use to quickly repair critical aircraft parts on-site rather than send them to a depot for repair. Sergeant Brutto is an AFREP technician in the 355th Maintenance Group at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. General Raaberg, the director of air and space operations at Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va., was visiting the base and made time to stop by the AFREP shop.
