This photograph depicts the colonial morphology displayed by Gram-negative Burkholderia thailandensis bacteria, which was grown on a medium of chocolate agar, for a 24 hour time period, at a temperature of 37�C. See PHIL 12418 for a closer view of these bacterial colonies. Also, see both PHIL 12403 and 12404 for a view of this bacterial specie, grown on the same medium, at the same temperature, however, for a greater amount of time (48hrs), and take a look at PHIL 12425 and 12426, which depict the B. thailandensis colonial growth, again on the same medium, and for the same cultivation time (24hrs), but at a higher temperature (42�C).
