James M. Lloyd. Lloyd is currently the 390th Engineer Company (V), Chattanooga, TN as the unitâs First Sergeant. A 27 year veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, Master Sergeant Lloyd, has served in El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, South Korea, Ft. Rucker, and Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm.. He has been awarded the Air Assault Badge, two Meritorious Service Medals , six Army Commendation Medals, two Joint Service Achievement Medals, four Army Achievement Medals, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, Southwest Asian Service Medal with two bronze stars, and many more. . He is a Construction Representative for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 4, Division of Engineering in Atlanta, GA and works at Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge.
