Assistance dog âChuckwagonâ takes a break next to his owner Sharon Tarlano near the Canine Partners for Life information table at the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) fundraiser at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) headquarters, on Monday Dec. 3, 2012, in Washington, D.C. The event featured a 'Pie Smashâ event where attendees, on personal time, donate money to throw non-dairy whipped 'cream' pies at Agriculture leadership. Other fund raising activities at this event included a silent auction, candy packets, bake sale, and pulled-pork sandwich lunches for donations. Additionally, information tables for Red Cross and Canine Partners for Life provided people with answers about the organizations and how to participate.
