5th Grader Cristian Merino likes sunbutter, but was not so thrilled with the celery and gave the dish an 'eh' gesture as he and more than 50 students from the 5th grade classes at Yorkshire Elementary School in Manassas, VA., participated in a taste testing of the new school lunch menu created to meet the new standards. Students tested a sample menu of black-bean filled pizza, plantain, pineapple spear, sunny broccoli and cauliflower toss, and an apple and celery cup with sunbutter dip (a peanut butter substitution), on Wednesday, September 5, 2012.
