IT IS DESIGNED TO BE NREL'S FIRST GOLD-LEVEL LEED-CERTIFIED BUILDING, INCORPORATING FEATURES THAT ARE EXPECTED TO REDUCE ENERGY USE BY 41% COMPARED TO SIMILAR NEW FEDERAL BUILDINGS.
